Tenancy sustainment services are intended to appropriately manage any issues that a tenant may have in adhering to the terms of their tenancy agreement, allowing them to remain in their home. Apple always prefers to work to resolve any issues that are presented in order that the tenant may remain in their home, and this requires a collaborative approach with the tenant and other stakeholders. Issues may relate to cleanliness, payment of rent, anti-social behaviour, damage, hoarding, and other associated matters.

Consumer Standards
The government has introduced new Consumer Standards for social housing providers. These aim to ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained home, with clear communication and good service from your landlord.
Care Support & Supervision
The provision of care, support or supervision is a requirement to meet the definition of specified accommodation with the exception of the refuges category. Exempt accommodation requires that the landlord, or someone acting on the landlord's behalf, provides the benefit claimant with “care, support or supervision”.
